The Glass Factory - Styled Shoot

We had the honor of working with some amazing wedding vendors for a styled shoot collaboration at
The Glass Factory - Jacksonville's newest industrial wedding venue. So many amazing vendors were on board for this super fun styled shoot and we are so honored to be among them! Bri Cibene Photography & Amber Nicole Photography were the main concept photographers for this shoot. Lisa Silva Photography & Clara Faye Photography were among others who were also invited to photograph this gorgeous new venue as well!

Amber Nicole Photography gave us the backstory and inside scoop of how this shoot came about and we are excited to share the story with you!

"Bri Cibene (Bri Cibene Photography) and I were actually searching for a venue to host my very own wedding (she is a close friend and will be my wedding photographer). I actually stumbled upon Alley Cakes Instagram showing a styled shoot that she hosted at The Glass Factory and I knew I had to see it. Although, the logistics of the space would not work out for my own wedding, Bri and I knew we had to get in that space and shoot our hearts out.

The inspiration behind the shoot was to show the potential beauty of the blank canvas to Brides and vendors alike. Bri and I knew that we wanted to make this big... we were a bit crazy with some of our ideas! So we decided to turn it into a reveal party to local wedding vendors, since we didn't want to waste the beauty of the shoot! We really wanted to keep everything simple with fabric draping and greenery to compliment the very industrialized space, with a hint of marble in the accent pieces.

We could not have done this without the help of two amazing ladies: Angie of Feathers and Foil, and Ashlyn from Loba Design Co. These ladies helped bring our vision to life and guided all of the other vendors through the process as well. We decided to invite other photographers to take part in our idea for use in their own portfolio, since Bri and I truly believe in community over competition." - Amber Nicole Photography

What a beautiful way to bring a community of wedding vendors together! We love it when our friends collaborate and create beautiful workmanship that deserves all the high praise it will certainly get!

Now onto the photos, but first, we'd like to send a special thank you to the photographers who submitted these gorgeous images to us. We absolutely love seeing everyone's creative eyes and how each photographer captured our dresses in their own unique style.
