FSU alumni, Kerrie Hileman, opened The White Magnolia in 2010 after her own wedding dress shopping experience. TWM quickly grew to become North Florida’s highest rated bridal boutique after giving hundreds of brides an unforgettable and relaxing shopping experience. The White Magnolia prides itself on its “Chic, Elegant, and Sophisticated” environment. Brides are given private appointments with bridal consultants as they browse some of the wedding industry’s most beautiful designer gowns. The White Magnolia truly provides its customers with a unique and fun shopping experience.

The White Magnolia is an ever changing and exciting work environment and we seek employees who enjoy learning new skills and aren’t afraid to take on new and challenging projects. As a White Magnolia employee you will work together with our staff to ensure that our brides truly have a one of a kind wedding dress shopping experience.

Our ideal employee is the type of person who can walk into a room and immediately make new friends. She is professional, intelligent, kind, and easy going. She is a fast learner and has to be able to handle stressful situations with ease. She gets along with all different personalities and is flexible with different tasks on the job.

What we require

   Retail and/or sales experience

Strength in communication and organization

Quick Learner who is Self-motivated

Quick on your feet & Multi-tasker

Ability to pick up where others left off

Professional demeanor and attire

Must be able to work Sundays and the occasional Saturday or weekday

What to expect

Working as a bridal consultant and/or assisting other consultants

 Learning about the most up to date bridal fashion

 Blogging and/or other social media

Helping to open and/or close the store (cleaning, steaming, etc)

Fast-paced retail environment

Everyday is different- must be able to keep up (with a smile!)
